How do I book?

What is included in the resort fee?
A $40 per night resort fee is payable at check-in. This covers access to the Grand Hyatt's heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, resort shuttle to Park City Main Street, and other hotel amenities.
Is this a hotel room or a condo?
It is a privately owned 2-bedroom residence within the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley hotel. You get the space, kitchen, and privacy of a vacation rental with full access to the hotel's amenities and services.
How close is the skiing?
You are at Deer Valley East Village - the resort's newest base area. Ski access is at the hotel's doorstep, and ski valet and equipment rentals are available on-site.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Heber City is about 10 minutes south with a Smith's supermarket and other shops. Park City also has grocery options, accessible via the resort shuttle or a 20-minute drive. Kitchen stocking services are also available through the hotel concierge.
Is there parking?

How far is the airport?
Salt Lake City International Airport is about 39 minutes via US Route 40. The route bypasses Park City traffic entirely.
Is there a shuttle?
Yes - the Grand Hyatt runs a complimentary resort shuttle to Park City Main Street.
Are there dining options on-site?
The Grand Hyatt has multiple on-site dining options including restaurants, a speakeasy bar, and a coffee shop. Private chef and catering services are also available through the concierge.
Is this suitable for families with children?
Absolutely. The residence sleeps 6 with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The hotel has a kids' club (ages 3-8, by request with parent supervision) and a teen game room with gaming consoles, air hockey, ping pong, and arcade games.
